Typical Eastern European customer service, ergo BELOW STANDARD. Apart from a shorter girl with brown hair (does not wear make up and nail laque) whom is quite helpful and motivated, the managers with dark hair and another one with blonde hair had a typical Hungarian hateful attitude and ZERO idea about sales and marketing/customer service. This is Hungary in the XXI. Century and this will be Hungary decades later too HATRED with ZERO STANDARDS and motivation to make business and attract customers. As there are more lingerie shops on the same floor and some sports shops on multiple other floors of both Mammut I and Mammut II, anybody would believe that the manager would have the motivation and the brain to attract some customers with a higher level of service but Hungarians seem to be unwilling to give up their UTTER HATRED towards their natives and foreigners even on the price of losing their business... We decided upon running into the unpleasant experience of meeting both of the managers with my partner NOT TO PICK UP and LEAVE a few items, that we ordered at the shorter brown haired girl previously for this reason. This attitude is strictly forbidden in any Western countries, along to the fact that employees are fired for treating customers this way. P.S. As well as Hungarians have no motivation and care to inform their customers how to handle the items after purchase apart from in a few other Intimissimi shops in Buda (see MOM Park). (Yes, you could have the excuse of these instructions being to a certain limit stitched into the lining on a piece of clothe but some added information can attract more customers/contractors back to certain businesses/contractees.) We have also decided with my partner to report these experiences to the parent companies abroad as it is outrageous.

Érdemes volt ma ellátogatni ebbe az üzletbe. Egy nagyon kedves eladolany segített választani, és dönteni- közvetlenül, megsem tolakodóan ajánlott tovabbi kedvezményeket, gyors volt es türelmes. Ha nem ő szolgál ki, csak egy áruval távoztam volna az üzletből, igy még egy másikat is választottam. Nagyon jó érzés, hogy ilyen emberek is dolgoznak még az üzletekben, akiknek tényleg a vásárló az első és szívvel lélekkel végzik a munkájukat. Még egyszer köszönöm a kedvességét es a segítségét.

Nagyon szeretem ezt a kis boltot és a csapatot! Mindig kedvesen fogadnak, segítenek, tanácsokkal látnak el. Különösen Zsani és Lilla segítőkészségét emelem ki. Ha valami nincs méretben, azt megrendelik, értesítenek az újdonságokról.
Sajnos a nevet nem tudom az eladolanynak csak h eppen most kezdett(fulltagitoja van).Rengeteget segitett nekem egy kulonleges alkalomra kivalasztani a megfelelo szettet,nagyon halas vagyok neki,egyedul keptelen lettem volna valasztani.Koszonom szepen!!!
