It's absolutely a disaster. I'm trying to contact them now and there's absolutely no response for my emails &phone calls.No response in Hungary, no response in UK, no response in Switzerland. Does the European region do not work at all?

While my account has been migrated to Hungary, if I wanted to deposit HUF, before I had to transfer it to a Hungarian bank. Great, it saved a lot on transfer fees. Now, for some anti-customer reasons, even though IBCE is in Hungary, I have to transfer money to a German bank. Why IB? Why are you hurting your customers?
Migration from IBUK is chaotic, unprofessional, presenting much worse offer which does not fit customers assets (IBCE has only 5 currencies so customers with more will be forced to sell). No response for any inquiry
Good commissions, acceptable trade platform, but chaotic margin handling and extremely poor and bad customer service. Bay far the worst CS. Inexpert and bounder. Rarely receive specific answer to my questions, usually 1 sentence or a copypaste bullsh!t. Getting fed up with them.
