Very kind service. I wonder but they all speak fluent english. The same brand cheaper as in London.
The customer service in this place is incredibly bad. I have ordered my glasses last Friday. In the shop I have been told that my glasses should be ready in 4 working days. Today is the sixth working day and still nothing. Calling the shop did not bring any clarity into the matter. The shop has told me the glasses are not there (thank you captain obvious) When asking them by when they would be ready the answer was "we don't know exactly" I would not mind a fewdays of delay however on this occasion I will leave the country tomorrow so delays are a unwelcomed addition. If the shop has a 4 working day deadline to hand out the order why is it that it is still me phoning after them? Why are they not making an effort to tell me where the order is and when it would be ready? It is as simple as that. You pass your deadline and then you make an effort to clarify why to the customer. Or am I reaching for the stars here. Shame on this shop as they showcase the lowest end of customer service... I strongly recommend you go elsewhere if you cherish punctuality and timely delivery of orders.
Itt olyan márkákat találsz amiért eddig legalább Bécsig kellett utaznod! :) Állandó akciók, kontaktlencse, szemüveg készítés, gyors és modern szemvizsgálat. Csak ajánlani tudom!
Nem egy olcsó üzlet, de ezek a márkák ennyibe kerülnek. Széles választékkal rendelkeznek. Segítőkészek az eladók, buta kérdésekre is nagyon kedvesen válaszolnak. Ajánlom azoknak, akik nem értenek a napszemüvegekhez vagy, hogy milyen szemüveg áll neki jól. Ebben is segítenek. Köszönöm még egyszer.
