Nice place with a beautiful garden. The employees are very kind and the wine is very delicious. This wine yard belongs to the few places in Tokaj which opens every day.

Must go. Necessary first stop when arriving in tokaj. Wine and cheese tastings are very well set and organized. Owned by a family, the owner herself explains in English about each wine. Info booklet in English available also. Garden and the whole places ambience are sensational. Visit to the cellar could be better though.

Very good wines and a nice place with friendly people. Got to visit the cellar. I was also interested in getting close to some vineyard but since their family vineyard is far away, the lady who served me assisted me with the direction to the vineyard of the local big company, which you can actually see from the train as you get to Tokaj from Budapest. It's 3.5-hour train ride from Budapest and a further 25-minute walk from the train station.

There is a unique atmosphare in their 500-years old building and wine cellar. You can feel the mixture of the history of hundreds of years and a modern life in the same breath. Full respect for the family who look after this historical building and make fantastic wine for the world. I've had one of the best Tokaji wine so far at Himesudvar. I would give 6 stars for their Cuvèe. Excellent wines with a kind service on an affordable price. Definitely a must spot on the map if you visit Hungary.

Great little winery. You can either pay for tasting of 6 different wines or just dri k a glass. We payed for the tasting. We received 6 different wines from the winery, all of them were white and most of them sweet. The lady at the place gave us explanation about the region and about each of the wines. You can also have a look at the cellars, but we didn't do it due to lack of time.

I think this place is aimed on attracting tourists. I've been already to a number of wineries and they had better service. Regarding serving of the wines, showing the winery, telling their story, and the wines itself. The things here are simple, one should not expect great things here. Nonetheless the place itself is pleasant! I've went here with my girlfriend and we had a good time, it was nice. But as Tokaj is famous of its wines and wineries I expected more, especially a better line up of wines.
