Big branch (woman on ground floor, man and child on the first), everything neat and in order! Nothing out of place or on the floor. Many changing rooms (on both floors), again clean and tidy. Very tranquil and not busy, a pleasure to shop. Cashier was friendly and spoke fluent English. Found many items in my size. It could have just been better air-conditioned.

I personally have a lot of H&M clothes, specifically from this store. Okay quality, which suits my midiocre needs. It's not Zara tho...
Fine place to buy some clothes. Sometimes hard to find some things and not everything is available what can be found online or at Blaha Lujza shop. But it's okay.
