This was the first time for me to try a martial art. I was lucky enough to got a one on one class with Friso and I enjoyed the peace he embodies. He took me slowely through the steps while he was explaining me about the backgrounds, which I found very interesting. I would defenitely recommand to take a class with them, either if you are a beginner or more experienced!
