Customer service is terrible. Rude and blunt. Regardless of what flavor you ask for, it’s not even close to whatever it’s called. Not to mention that they ran out of most of the flavors. Prices are normal compared to other locations. Upon closing time, they don’t notify the customer, they just start packing the tables and chairs etc. All in all, it’s not a welcoming environment. They have a lot to learn about customer service and appreciation. I will not return here any time soon.

Poor service waiting forever to be served throughout the evening. When fresh charcoal finally arrives, it is simply dropped in the tray leaving us to clean the shisha. Turkish coffee is actually Arabic coffee, but even that is very watery.

Authentic atmosphere, delicious cocktails, kind staff, and good shisha (I mean GOOD shisha). Highly recommended!
