The store is big than any other Gucci stores I have been, and thus lots of staffs are working there. Staffs were kind and treat me well. They checked and answered all of my questions and request. It was nice shopping due to them even though I dont like it and was forced to do.

Great service. The staff were very helpful.
Very nice and helpful staff. They help with everything, style, sizes ect. They ask you if you want water. And the most important thing for me: they don't look at you scornful!! So I definitely not scared to go back to this store. (like I am at other designer stores)
If you're not dressed head to toe in designer labels, don't expect good service. Staff are ridiculously snooty until you actually purchase something which is when they roll out the red carpet. The range at this store is also very small and slightly behind the big cities like London, Paris, etc.
Would not even let me inside the store 15 minutes before 6, even though I clearly said I know exactly what I want to purchase and would not take more than 5 minutes. Just wasted my time coming here and going home, and then have to come back again. Definitely not luxury service.
Amazing and polite staff they even remembered me from the last time I visited and a lovely collection of clothing
