Had an appointment at 8, the email said I should be there 15min early, even though workers were all inside they made 5 people wait outside in winter.

Gyönyörű tapasztalat volt.Staff was friendly and smiley,FAST and efficient.Whole expirience in this office was exellent and pleasant.Making of pass and personal card took a 20 min total time.I am very gratefull to the Officials there and wish all the best to them

Counter 10 at 12:00 On 2nd of July 2019. After waiting for 1 hour I go to the calling counter and the moment the employee sees me a “foreigner” immediately shouts No No No. I tell him to wait and read my problem - I always write my problem in Hungarian too in case I meet someone doesn’t speak English- he just looks at it without even reading. And says no no go to other office. I can’t believe they allow people with this attitude and mind to work for “official government “ places. It’s just so sad that someone gets treated this way. And all I want is to open a company which will help a lot of people to work. Welcome to 2019 hatred and racism at its finest.
