The service is terrible, each employee requests some additional form. I had two useless appointments for the same issue, I booked the third in a different district. Beyond wasted time, their incompetency caused significant courier costs (as one party involved lives abroad).

What a great experience I had here. I confess I was surprised by the staff here and was really helped and specifically the person I talked with when I went to apply for my passport was amazingly friendly and kind. She even spoke English when necessary making sure I understood everything correctly. The waiting time was ok and everything was sorted quickly. Also the person at the reception was really willing to help and give the right and necessary instructions. Thank you all for being so helpful.

The staff here is quick and professional. I needed a new address card as I moved to the area. I had to wait around 10 minutes and the card was ready in 5 minutes. Kind service and were able to answer other related questions too. They have several windows for administration and it reduces waiting times.
