Very professional. I got the appointment via the Contact us now-feature here on Google Maps (nice to offer that!), for the day after. Upon arrival, I noticed the reception fully staffed. Every member of staff speaks fluent English and is willing to help you. The clinic is sparkling clean and in order: there are sofas to wait and a water dispenser. I was seen by two kind people and the doctor provided me the certificate of good health for my work straight away.

Excellent service and great staff right from entry to exit its satisfaction. Specially for expat this is a easy to navigate and English speaking and diagnostic reports will be made available in English. I am a happy customer for 5 yrs.
I personally had a good experience: I don’t speak Hungarian and the doctor did speak English and explained everything to me. Furthermore, he seemed like he cared about what was happening to me and that is a plus. Very happy with the service.
Having had several friends use First Med in the past, I decided to contact them about Covid-19 testing questions. We were planning to cross into a neighboring country and I had several questions about the acceptability of the test, the turnaround time for the results, and, even if I was reading the neighboring country's requirements correctly. The staff, John in particular, were incredibly helpful and patient. Based on my friends' past experience needing English speaking physicians and my own brief experience, I would give First Med a great recommendation.
The staff and The Doctors all speak English well. Time is taken to give the best service they can. I was very impressed and long may this high standard continue.
Dr. Czirok my diabetes specialist at First Med provided quality care in English language. Her high level of English also availed the ability to listen carefully to the complications that arose. Uniquely, First Med is one of the few private clinics that actually provides immediate and predictable contact, even on weekends. Where others just talk a good talk, First Med provides.
This is a really great medical centre. Usually not long wait times and the staff are all really friendly and helpful. The only reason that I am not giving 5 stars is because I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay for a consultation so that the doctor can explain your test results too you. I have been travelling to various countries over the past 9 years and I can tell you, this is the ONLY place where you have to pay to have your results explained to you. Not cool. But other than that, a very professional and clean medical centre.
First of all, having a Doctor speak your own language is of utmost importance and that was the best for me. I got personal attention, answers to my questions and all the clarifications I needed for my medicine refill. Everyone who attended me was very kind and helpful.
