Had a flight the 13th January, booked and called in advance a taxi to arrive at 3:50 am. Driver arrived very punctually. Waited outside on time, helped with loading the baggage. Drove very safe and quickly. Total driving time about 27 minutes! The price was at 9000HUF and better than 95% transfer services out there. Very professional and reliable. Will use next time.

Taxi driver decided to take the scenic route. Charging us double the amount of the conventional fare. He then decided to try and short change us as well. Keep the money peasant. Do not use.
I ordered cabs from this company in Budapest during my stay there and it was always easy and convenient to deal with them. I never called them but I rather downloaded their application in my iPhone and registered a card. The App is called \Taxify\ and I think it's more effective to use it than calling. When you order a taxi, the app defaults to \Cash\. If you want to pay by card, be extra careful to select \Card\. Cars always showed within 5 to 10 minutes. Always clean. Dropping 1 star because I didn't like the driving style of one of the drivers. He was a bit \fast and furious\. Driving really bumper to bumper with the car in front at speed. None of the drivers I dealt with spoke any English. So no conversation was established at any point.

Scheduled pick up at 4am to go to the airport , and it was very punctual. Make sure to ask for rate and ensure payment method before you get on the cab.
Had a great experience with Fotaxi traveling to and from the airport. The guy at the airport kiosk gave us a ticket after we told him the address we were going to and we were in a cab in seconds. The drivers were prompt and courteous and got us to our destination quickly.
I was worried about using Főtaxi after reading some of the reviews here... but we had a good experience with them travelling to the airport with 3 kids at 3AM. Driver was on time and polite.
