Let me start with saying that I have been sending funds to my sister for many years. I have her information saved under my Western Union account and nothing has changed. Previously she was able to pick up the funds from this location without any problems, however today the woman who works there refused to give her the money because her maiden name was listed under middle name and not along with her married name. Like excuse me, it matches her ID perfectly. She might hate her job, and just trying to make every one else's life miserable because hers is, but the complain personally against her and the business with Western Union happening now.

I have had to use this WU several times before and had mixed feelings about it, but at this point I would only go there if it is the last available option. There is just too much negativity and honestly, I do not recommend it.
The woman that works there is literally the most impolite woman that iv'e ever dealt with. She was so unfriendly, rude and borderline racist. I simply cannot recommend this place for anyone.

Az alkalmazott tragédia! Nulla emberség, mint egy gép. Nagyon okos, mindent tud, csak ne emberekkel keljen foglalkoznia... Elég a gép neki.
Nagyon lassú az ügyintézés. Lekezelően beszélnek az ügyféllel!
Állandóan be van zárva és fél órákat kell várni mire vissza jön a hölgy. Nem a szünetért kéne fizetni őket.
