Hugely disappointing to be 1 hour waiting for the assistant who manages the credit loans, and then I could not ask for it because I'm not a Hungarian citizen (I'm from Spain and I work in Hungary for 10 years, my wife is Hungarian, and I have all the documents needed but missed the Hungarian ID card). It's just unacceptable in the XXI century at the EU

Kinéztünk egy enyhén sérült hűtőt a párommal. Az eladó azt mondta, incs kedve\ becsomagolni, vigyünk annak az áráért egy bontatlan csomagolásút. Természetesen elfogadtuk, elhoztuk a hűtőt. Hazaérve azt tapasztaltuk, hogy a vásárolt hűtő tele van horpadással. Jeleztük ezt az üzletnek, akik természetesen azt vélik, szállítás közben sérülhetett meg, de mint látható, még ki sem bontottuk, a hátán fekve szállítottuk, a platóra pedig az Euronics kollégája helyezte a hűtőt. Mint kiderült, ki kellett volna nyitniuk az üzletben megmutatni nekünk a terméket, de ez nem történt meg. 3-4 hetes kivizsgálást ígértük, addig \oldjuk meg\ hűtő nélkül.
