I had a PCR test appointment at 10:00 am. Altogether with waiting it took 20 minutes. I received the result within 9 hours. Probably it was an ideal scenario, but still I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend them. Of course the test result is available in English version as well.

I made an appointment for Monday 9:00. There is a car park at first basement floor so it was convenient. There was only few patients. It took only 30min for register, see a doctor, take an X-ray and see the result. Staffs and Doctor were kind and speak English. Dr.Pataky László was kind and nice!
The worst experience I’ve ever had in a clinic. I would not recommend it for foreigners. I paid for a PCR test because I needed it for traveling. First I couldn’t open the result they sent me via email because the password they gave me was not working. Then the result was in Hungarian after I confirmed many times verbally and in writing that I needed it in English for traveling abroad. I had to fly the next day so I was not expecting to spend such a long time receiving a test result. After exchanging many emails, eventually I had to go in personally to collect the English result. When I went in, they were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They didn’t even say sorry for all this. It was a really bad experience.
I’ve had an appointment for COVID test, arrived on time and cca 8 people were already in the queue. I’ve waited an hour and nothing happened. Of course I had to pay in advance. No comment.
I sprained my knee whilst climbing stairs. After trying to find a clinic online for an hour, I finally found this one. One other doctor wanted 230euro to come to my hotel. I went in, was greeted, and had help from a lovely receptionist that spoke English. I am in Hungary, in their country, so the fact that she spoke English was a bonus and not mandatory. The Doctor as well, very nice, spoke great English (again a bonus), and treated me very fast. I had x rays, an exam, a brace and consultation for 180. What great staff and great help. The doctors and staff barely speak english. They talked about me in Hungarian right in front of me and kept laughing about something. I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable. Not to mention, the “Doctor” (if he even is one) spent 1 minute looking at my x-rays and then rushed me out of the room. Don’t go here if you want real medical help!!
It’s a good Hospital if you put it next to public healthcare in Hungary. I’ve been there a lot of times now, they have very helpful staff and don’t just push you aside when they don’t know what’s wrong. Not the best with appointments though, I even had to wait almost an hour longer for my previous booked appointment. Now the the 1 floor. I’ve got therapy done there, I paid 100% myself and got about 60% worth of my session done each time. The therapist disappeared sometimes for 20 minutes, letting me sit there waiting while I should actually be treated. I don’t get that money back, it’s a shame. It’s a private hospital, you’d imagine to get the better treatment when you go ahead and even pay it. Wasted hundreds of Euros for sure on this.
I have been diagnosed wrongly from two doctors on three occasions. After two x -rays and three rounds of therapy my foot got worse. What disappointed me most was actually this- I asked on the phone for an urgent appointment as I could not walk any more and they could not arrange it faster than 9 days with my doctor as she works only couple of morning hours time. The staff who provide therapy is recommendable but the doctors are not thorough enough. 176.500 Ft and 3.5 months story.
