no email about delivery.., no warning email about return from the box.., QR code for takeover was sent from a Romanian email address which was identified as spam.. recovery code did not sent to mobile as promised.. and on top of this according to custemer service they cannot do anything as everything is automatic.. good thing is they allow you to pay for this "experience"
