Unfriendly environment. When I came in at least five sales assistants were standing without any job to do. Did not greet me and neither offered help. Applies also to the lady from the Jo Malone section. One assistant told me that a certain brand is not available at whole Hungary... Well, I found it at another store five minutes away...

Rude staff. They should learn how to be polite with customers.
The staff is neither friendly nor helpful at all. They are standing there putting make up for themselves and when I asked them for help they were really useless. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone who wants to have help in choosing their make-up. I just give 2 stars because they have a good varieties of brands with promotions on selected items.
I was there a year ago and I love this store so much! I found what I wanted, the workers were so nice and they even give me free gifts, recommend to everyone go to this store️
Tourists - Be very careful!!! I bought a perfume from Jo Malone's spring collection. After we paid the full expensive price, they took it for wraping far away from us. When I came back home, I opened the perfume and saw it's ANOTHER ONE! The one that I liked almost ran out, so they put the less demanded one literally behind my back. Since I am far away from Budapest, all I can do is recommend to stay away, or be very careful with your percheses. @#-&#@
Gosh the staff was so rude and judgemental. They judge you on your colour of skin.. even when I was paying for the perfume they were looking at me like am stealing something. Disgusting
