we did a full day of kayaking in the danube bend and it was defiantly the highlight of our trip to Hungary we got a great service from true professionals (the owner of the place is iron man 18 times) and they speak very good English (not so common in the country side) we kayaked for 16 K down the river and in the end of the day they picked us form the location we have reached. they gave us a very detailed explanation on how to paddle and on how to do it in a safe way. the whole route is so beautiful and we reached places were we stooped to swim which we will never reach otherwise. we also stopped in 2 villages in the way. you can stop to have a nice meal or just to drink a beer in one of the villages. they gave us a water proof barrel to store our things. it is easy to get there form Budapest by train from the Nyugati train station and the place in ZEBEGÉNY is about one min walk from the train station. I understand they also have organized trips. if i ever come to Hungary i will come there again. it is absolutely recommended day trip for people who stay in Budapest

Family owned business. Very responsive to email. Excellent service, great prices! Rented bicycles and they were in perfect condition. Locks provided (helmet too if desired), carry baskets if needed. If coming from Budapest, exit train, walk under train bridge toward Danube (cross road). At the beach, look left and there they are. Convenient location! Highly recommended.
I’m from Toronto and spent a week in Hungary in July 2018. Depot-Z was recommended by a friend. The owners, Endre and Mariann, provided fantastic service! We canoed downstream on the Danube on a beatiful morning. I’m not very sporty, yet was able to handle the tour easily. I highly recommend them!
You can rent here bikes, kayak, and canoe. Very big advantage: the staff speaks English, they also can help you where and how to go. Sometimes there are organized tours as well.

Szuper hajót kaptunk, minden fontos információval, amire kezdőként szükségünk volt. Nagyon kedves emberekkel találkoztunk, biztosan visszatérünk majd.
Szuper hely, csak ajánlani tudjuk! Nagyon jól felszerelt, rendkívül kedvesek, mindent elmondanak a hajózással kapcsolatban, mindenre odafigyelnek!
Hosszú idő óta nem néztünk ide le és számunkra kellemes meglepetést tartogatott a hely. Visszatérünk kihasználni a lehetőségeket.
