This place will never disappoint you. I have been to most of all printers in Budapest but no since last 6 months this place has become my favorite and I hope it will be the same. Staff is very cooperative. They can speak English and they are willing to help you. This is completely missing from other printers in Budapest. Their computer can switch from Hungarian language to English on just a click so you don’t have to bother about self service. In case if you get stuck somewhere in your task then they are there to help you. Once your face it familiar to them then they also suggest some options to reduce your bill if you are printing in large quantities. They are economical but service is top notch.
First, I have to admit that this place is a little bit better than most copy shops in Budapest. For some inexplicable reason Budapest hosts the most incompetent copy shops with the most arrogant but incompetent staff I have ever encountered, anywhere. So this place is ok because sometimes you can really get in and out without a major hassle and with the work done to an adequate standard. Our last encounter there was particularly disappointing though. My wife wanted to have a thank you note printed on firm paper with colors. One staff person simply refused to help her at the self copy machine, claiming to not have time for this. Eventually he came, helped for a moment and then pawned her off to his colleague. This guy also was impatient, saying, \I only have time for people who are paying.\ So she waited till everyone paid and then he reluctantly helped her organize the printing. We hadn't met either of these guys before (and we use this place regularly because, as I said, it's a notch above the abysmal service you get elsewhere) so I wouldn't say this comment applies to the entire staff--previous encounters with other employees were considerably better. What's missing is an ethic of care for the customer--of genuine concern for helping people get what they want. This isn't uncommon in Budapest and seems particularly vexing in the copy and print business. This particular shop has potential but ought to put some effort into training employees in customer care.
