Pretty nice place close to Semmelweis, Corvin Plaza and the M3. It does have some big issues though. Particularly the laundry, fire alarm, WiFi and thermostats. There are only 5 washers and 5 dryers for laundry (which is insane considering how many people live here), many of which have “maintenance errors” half way through a load. It has taken me up to 4 hours to complete a load of laundry. Haven’t had a load dry in under 3 dryer cycles. The fire alarm is extremely flawed, going off absurdly loud in every room any time someone does so much as burn some toast. 1am, 7am, all the time. The day there is a real fire, no one will leave the building cause we are all used to it. The WiFi is great in the lobby and halls, but multiple other residents and I have nearly no connection in our rooms. We have a thermostat to adjust room temp, but what they don’t ever tell you clearly is that there’s not actually A/C in the units, so you cannot cool it off with the thermostat. Windows open though. (actually, they open ALL THE WAY which seems odd because their excuse for the sensitive fire alarm is “safety first” yet any student could very easily fall or jump from any given window. So yeah. Fine apartments but some pretty annoying issues that need to be resolved.

The fire alarm in EVERY room goes on 3-4 times a week because someone in the building burned his toast. But if you don't care being woken up at 3oclock in the morning by a 100dB alarm, It's a really nice place.
The apartment itself it good and newly renovated, price is reasonable, managers and workers here are pretty nice too. But the tenants here are the worst, fire alarm is triggered almost everyday becasue of SMOKING, which is prohibited. They are NOISY and LOUD day and night. And they always leave their garbage in the lobby.
*I have read rest of the reviews but non of them seem to lived in milestone i would not trust them* The ONLY best thing about this place is that it is close to classes for semmelweis 1st year medical students but the stupid fire alarm is going off atleast couple time a week for every wrong reasons and it is driving people crazy... also there aren't enough laundry machines (there are 5 for couple hundred people) so its a war every time i try to do laundry... so i recommend this place for 1st year semmelweis medical students just for the first year and move out starting 2nd year... which most likely i will do. You can find way better places with the same cost. (metro with student card is really cheap so its good to live couple stations away too) p.s. BTW there is no air conditioner to cool you down during the summer. Your best friend will be the mall or your fan. (lol good luck)
Amazing! Perfect accomodation if you want a quiet place, with modern design and spend some quaility time.
Very cool place, the apartment having game room, gym.you can have fun in here.
Still not 100% done, but from what I’m experiencing, it’s mighty fine for a student dorm/apartment.
Nice dorm, but very expensive
