This company is a complete scam. I arrived at the airport 2 hours and 10 minutes prior to my flights departure. I go to the check in window and the female check in attendant says, you haven’t checked in yet so I can’t help you. Told us she couldn’t check us in even though the posted departure times still showed “check in now”. She then said to check in online. Being from out of the country, our phones don’t work so well. Even though she is the “check in” attendant, she couldn’t help us. We attempt to check in on our phones. We log in, show her the screen and ask where we are supposed to check in since it’s the same option as the day before (check in at the airport). She then looks at the time and says, sorry you are passed the 2 hour mark. You will have to go to the main office to check in. Ridiculous. We walk over to the main office and the male attendant tells us there is nothing he can help with. We told him our situation, said we were here before the “2 hour” mark and tried to check in. He was still unwilling to help. He then tells us it’s going to be a fee of 133!!!!!!!!! More than what we paid for the flights!!!!!! Then still said there is nothing he can do and would not call anyone for us to speak to. This is a ridiculous company. Your organization is a scam.

Absolutely useless. Baggage takes forever to arrive even in quiet times, priority baggage not delivered first, baggage delivered wet etc. Screens say “first bag in 5 min” but then half an hour goes by. Staff at the desks have no idea about the delays. An embarrassment.

Fantastic service provided by the passanger handling ladies at the gate before our recent BUD-ORK flight. Travelling alone with 3 small children they ensured we can reach our plane nice and smooth.

This company handles now American Airline tickets, it means you are screwed , we arrived 2 hours prior, the ticket counter closed, were told soon will open, they never reopened it, did not lets un get on plane, had to pay change fee 300 dollars, avoid CELEBI at any price, this is a scam company bad management, they do not understand the concept of customer service. avoid at any cost, also avoid Airlines who use Celebi, they cut corners at the customers expense.
