As I saw some food pictures of this place on Instagram and read some good reviews, I decided to give this place a go. I walked for over 30 minutes just to have brunch at this place and it turned out to be a big dissapointment. At first, the place looks nice with a great outside terrace. The food however, was not fresh at all. I had the avocado toast with prosciutto and poached eggs. As you can see it the pictures, the eggs were everything but poached and the salad and prosciutto seemed old and dry. The avocado spread was straight out of a prepacked supermarket can and the bread was also not fresh. Normally I would never leave a place without eating the food, but here I actually decided to leave it. The waiters also seemed to not care at all and did not bother to offer a solution for my complaint. Instead, they were happy to see me leave and did not even acknowledge that the food wasn't fresh and that the eggs weren't poached. Shame because this place has real potential but they are really not taking the opportunity to make something out of it.

We had a wonderful brunch for our anniversary and the food was divine! Tomi was very attentive, with a warm and friendly personality and his service was exemplary. The food was quick to be served and presented beautifully! It was so tasty that we even ordered a second helping! We would highly recommend you pay this place a visit :-)

I had breakfast here considering all the nice reviews: avocado toast with prosciutto, fresh orange juice and espresso. The orange juice was not fresh, even though I asked several times for a freshly pressed one - I have an obsession about fresh orange juice. Asked the waitresses if this was freshly squeezed and she was a bit confused in her English by mentioning fresh and concentrate. The avocado toast with poached eggs was ok. In my opinion the bread was too wet from the vinegar cream and the prosciutto was not prosciutto rather than smoked ham. These are details maybe for some people, to me it did not help to make my breakfast experience here enjoyable.

The staff was really friendly and even made an exemption for us and served us sandwiches out of service times! Sitting outside on a summer day is lovely as well. I can highly recommend the Hungarian pastry because it isn’t your typical sweet desert. The taste really surprised me but in a positive way!

We tried 3 different omelettes and they were all delicious. Banana bread and the hungarian pie were amazing too, really recommend this place! The patio is big, lots of space and nice atmosphere:)

Great service, classic brunch dishes. Portions ain’t huge and prices ain’t low. Poached eggs were way too dry and overcooked. Tasty stuff though.

Do not get fooled by the pictures, the overall quality is very low. I ordered fresh orange juice from the menu, it was mixed with store bought juice and they charged me 990 huf for it. The poached eggs were almost hard boiled. We payed more than 5000 huf per person and we could have got much higher quality elsewhere. The most overpriced cafe I have been in Budapest.

Food and place was great! Best of all was the service. We were served by Tomi who was super nice and gave us many tips on sights in Budapest. We will definetely come back next time!
