The Business Coach Professional Fellowship (BCPF) was one of the market leaders in the Hungarian coaching sector. The majority of our clients were multinational companies, and we have vast experience in supporting the top management of small- and mid-size companies, too. The BCPF had 2 main business units, the primary was the Coaching Services, and the other was the Business Coach Academy (www.coachakademia.hu). The BCPF was an association of 6 internationally (ICF) accredited, experienced businessman/women committed to business coaching. We’re members of the International Coach Federation and the founders of its Hungarian Chapter. Our diverse experiences in different fields during our previous carrier (Big6, banking, marketing/PR, NGO) and the specific training background (150 hours of post-graduate Business Coach Academy, 120 hours of KPMG-BME Executive Coach Academy and 3 semesters of post-graduate coach course at Budapest Communication College) was a guarantee that every client may find the right coach from our group. Our goal was to use our experience and personal skills to help managers and leaders to increase their professional success, their self-recognition and prestige in their job. Being able to face all kinds of challenge and the understanding and accepting of our clients were two of the most important things we offered. We decided to end The Business Coach Professional Fellowship in Jan 2011 and continue coaching separately.
