A great store in the center of Budapest. Staff is sometimes seemingly unhappy while working in this store. I wish I could make them happy.... and one day smile would come to their face too.

There's an error when I use my Union pay debit card to pay for the products, so the cashier asked me for the Visa card instead and it works. But after I checked my account I found out that both Union pay account and Visa had been deducted.

Don't come here, they sell you subpar products that break in a week, and when you go back to the store to politely ask for a refund they just say it's your own problem for using too much heat on the pan and rudely asks you to leave, not to mention I had to ask another customer to go through the trouble of translating because the staff don't speak English. Extremely rude employees, not to mention I got a bombardment of words yelled at me by the cashier when I left the store (probably cursing me, luckily I don't understand Hungarian, doesn't matter anyways as the action itself was extremely unprofessional and impolite).

Here you can find almost everything of cooking items. I could finally purchase Kávéfőzőt! So happy!
