Terrible customer service! Zero star from my-side! To solve one simple issue they took month if you are lucky or it could be months‼️ I feel there is no manager in customer service or they don't have proper training. NO I am sure they Don't understand what is customer service. They can't do this 3rd class service in Austria!!!

Worst insurance office in the WORLD. Extremely slow workers who make mistakes all the time (there were 5 mistakes in my policy). Also only 1 table speaks English. It is really a torture to go there.

I was changing my insurance from Advance Medical and was asking UNION specifically about shorter response time and better medical assistance. Turned out Union lied to my face saying that they have a different call-center and terms of waiting are not more than a couple of days. It turned out to be false, they have exactly the same lousy call-center (with a different number only) and you will wait your medical examination at least a week. While visiting any doctor you cannot say that some symptoms or pains started some time ago, because once it's written UNION will refuse to pay for any medical check-up, openly saying that your disease had started before you started to pay for the insurance. Won't ever advice it to anyone including businesses. Would be happy to be a part of a lawsuit against.

Everithing been done. I could've manage what I wanted but it used to be a little moody service. Lady used to be nice but very exhausted. Management should think about it.

with such an army of employees and offices, to have only 2 employees in the central customer service ??? !!!! Does anyone read these reviews? you completely lost your brains there ?! 2 hours to sit in lines, our time also costs money
