Very bad bank and service. I make request to open personal account 6 month ago and the bank managers don’t call me and he is don’t answer me to my many emails. Guys this is Normal situation?? I am Slovak. I have a good documents and good money. Everything is good with money. I don’t recommend UNICREDIT BANK because you will spend time for nothing and nervous here.

I am long time client of this bank continuously assisted by the bankers of the Private Banking Department to make financial investments in securities (shares, bonds, mutual funds etc.) and implement efficient portfolio management. The website of the bank gives detailed information on private bank activity including the names of bankers available for consulting. As I am satisfied with the services rendered I recommend this bank to those who are interested in security investments.

My girlfriend is an EU expat here with Hungarian employer and salary, also with permanent contract. She tried to request credit at UniCredit to buy an apartment. They refused her just because she doesn't speak Hungarian. We offered even official translator to mediate but they were not even open for it. It is a clear discrimination and totally not acceptable....

The worst customer experience ever! I am a former customer of this bank and two weeks ago I have decided to be their customer again since I moved back to Budapest. I signed some documents for it and waited Juhaszne Kicsi Eszter's call regarding the process. She said she is going to send my documents to head office so they can check my documents and give approval which will take 2-3 days. Well, it took 2 weeks. I was sending e-mails to her regularly however she only replied once by saying that \ I am still waiting an answer from head office.\ I had to move in to my new apartment and transfer the money to the owner and I told her this is a bit urgent please tell them. Yesterday, after two weeks, I went to the bank to complain and ask HOW COME IT CAN TAKE TWO WEEKS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. I am very curios what is head office is doing ...I wanted to talk with a manager and they said no you cannot do that. Moreover, she told me that \ I told head office that your case is urgent but they do not reply my e-mails and calls.\ Woooow so professional. Then I told them that they already wasted my two weeks with their slow work and if they cannot proceed anything until tomorrow afternoon I will go to OTP and be their customer . UniCredit's offers a bit better compare to OTP however when I was talking with a lady there I experienced a much better customer service. And this is something that I prefer. Today UniCredit emailed me by saying that \sorry we cannot open your account DUE TO BANK POLICY.\ Well your bank policy is so unprofessional and slow. After this horrible experience I would not want it anyway even if you asked me to visit your bank today for further procedures.

Definitely a five star experience! Kiosk to check in worked as advertised in Hungarian and English languages. Short wait for a bank specialist to assist me to pay my rent for the first time in both Euro and forint. Reka was very polite, understanding and extremely helpful. She is the model of customer service! Very enjoyable!

No atm is available when I was there. The staff told me to go to other branches. Therefore, the bank should take off the sign!!!!

The worst bank I've ever had in my life. It's been two months since I'm trying to close my bank account but due to \administrative failures\ they always find excuses to avoid to do so. Even if you do open a complaint they don't care. It's truly a shame and unprofessional their behaviors.
