I had a positive experience with one driver than never ending negative I been out as a tourist night time and relied on app to call taxi to get home because had no clue how to get home I ordered taxi they never picked me up tried 3-4 times for up to 2 hours even if same company car stoped didn't took me they want more money otherwise they won't take u terrible even if u ask people driver from same company they don't call for other car very disappointing avoid be careful if u go on a night out

Absolutely horrific. My wife was dining at a restaurant, and asked them to call a cab for her to the airport. Unfortunately, the restaurant called this festering turd of a cab company. The cab arrived, and had a Visa sign on the window, indicating that Taxi4 accepts credit cards. Just to be certain, she confirmed verbally that the driver would accept credit cards. “Yes, yes, yes,” the driver replied impatiently. Then, several minutes later, the driver suddenly said, “Terminal not working! Cash only!” My wife was not carrying cash, and told him so. At this point, the driver started screaming at her that she better have cash or he would call the police. She asked to be driven to an ATM, and so the driver drove her to an ATM in an abandoned lot. My wife was understandably upset, but ran to the ATM to withdraw money. Unfortunately, her bank card was not functioning. Upon telling the driver this, he really lost his temper, and again threatened to call the police. She asked to be taken to the airport, so that she could use a more reliable ATM. So he drove her to some other random ATM, and stood and watched over her shoulder while she tried (and again failed) to withdraw money. She finally convinced him to take her to the airport, but the entire way, he was shouting at her about the extra cost she would incur, and repeatedly thtreatening to call the police. My wife was sobbing at this point. At the airport, she was finally able to withdraw cash, and the driver left in a huff. Be warned: this company is a scam. They hire cowardly giant infants as drivers who have no compunction about bullying women who are traveling alone. You’d be better off walking. If you need a cab, call Fötaxi.
Worst of the worst. 1. Unprofessional phone operator's. 2. No time sense. 3. Cancel the booking without notification. 4. Doesnt turn up after booking confirmation sms. 5. Impatient to understand foreign speakers.

Really nice taxidriver, safe driving, clean car. He even stopped the counter when the amount was getting higher than the prize he promised. Give him a raise :)
Scam. They tamper the taxi meter. I got to pay the double with them! Be careful. Stay away!
Every taxi in Budapest is a scam. Be careful. Taxi meters are a fraud as well. The only one fair is from the airport where they are tracked.
