I got a file with results pretty fast, but the password for the file didn't match the one that I was given. I tried to contact Synlab a few times and wrote a complaint, but of course didn't get any answer.

Horrible company. They don't care about their customers at all, nor their time, money or whether their problem is sold at all. The information on their website conflicts with the information they give you in person, their call center gives information which also conflicts with information given by the staff at their office. Completely wasted my time for two days trying to get something from them, which the call center told me they offer and in person they told me they don't have it. Stay away.

Nagyon rossz véleményem van a cégről!! Postai csekken fizettem be a vizsgálat díját, erre a posta vissza utalta természetesen kezelés költség levonasa után. A synlab sem az orvosomat se telefonon nem értesített, hogy van valami probléma. Azért ez elég felháborító ők adnak rossz csekket és még nekem kell nyomoznom hogy mi történt.

A GPS pont nem jo helyre lett leszurva, modositottam remelem ez jobban segit majd, szwmelyesen voltam naluk szerencsere nem kellett sokat varnom a leadas gyors volt!

69 hatósági tesztet kellett bevinnem. Mindenben együttműködőek voltak. Gördülékenyen ment, 24 órán belül megjöttek az eredmények, és még szombaton is foglalkoztak a problémáinkkal.

3 hete várok az eredményemre ami sürgős lenne! Levételnél pár napot ígértek,telefonon 2 nap alatt sikerült elérnem őket,nagy nehezen a következő napon átküldtek a három eredményemből egyet!! Azóta képtelenség őket elérni,egyszerűen nem veszik fel a telefont,napok óta ez megy! Senkinek nem ajánlom őket!!

Gyorsított eljárásban a PCR teszt eredménye ugyanannyi idő (2nap), mintha simán kéri az ember... Nettó lehúzás.
