We got there quite late before mandatory curfew closing took place. The girl serving us was a bit grumpy which was not great at all but a bit of joking and a small tip made her much cheerier. Then we asked for advice regarding pur teabags and she even asked around to get a second opinion. So all in all, the waffle made it a 4 star because that was great.

Totally understand and accept the Covid situation and regulations.. But can not understand how can someone be so rigid and crucial to deny the use of the toilet when an 8,5 month pregnant woman cries for your help and humanity. Hope you won't experience the same, ma'm!

Totally forgotten to mentioned dairy (lactose) free product on my grande cappuccino. they just give me an upgrade of favorite almond milk, for free. Though it’s not expected and unusual I’m very happy how customer centric they are. I hope their boss aren’t mad if he saw this.

Food is excellent but the place is infested with flies. Everywhere!!! In the coffee making area, microwave area as well as the seating area. It's not like the place is open that would invite flies but for some reason there are just way too many of them. Would have given 1 start but the food was great it's just that we had to finish everything in a hurry as the were flies everywhere on our for and drinks...

The location is very central, therefore it is always crowded. It is nice to take a rest after a long trip in this beautiful city. The stuff is also nice!

Rude people, overpriced coffee and cake. I was ignored by the cashier for speaking to her on my own language. Horrible place! 1 cheese cake and 2 coffees are over 4000 HUF. This is is a joke.
