We came in to buy ballet tights and ask the lady at the counter to show us, she was very unhelpful seeing that we are foreign and dont speak good hungarian, she didnt help at all. She looked like we were annoying her.

The staff doesn't welcome or ask until you ask it by yourself. I got the thing that I want but she doesn't explain anything about it. Suddenly the price isn't the same like attached in the shelf. When we paid we notice that. Thankfully she still give the shoes with different color within the price attached.

I went today after messaging them on Facebook if the fit Gaynor Minden they assured me that they are going to do everything they can to help found the perfect fit for me. After I came to the shop today, the lady that was fitting me had no idea about Gaynor Minden pointe shoes .. she asked me what size I’m usually in shoes i told her im usually 37 or 5 in pointe shoes obviously Gaynors have another type of sizing which she had no idea about.. she gave me one pair which was the same one I had before even if I told her I didn’t like them.. very unprofessional I had to leave the shop after like 5 minutes when I realised they are not going to find the perfect fit or any at all..
