With twenty years of personal experience, we can declare today: we do not just believe in home office, but we are sure that it is much more efficient to work from home than from an office. Consultancy: OFFICE@HOME provides consulting services to companies: we support development of company policy and operational procedures related to teleworking. Our diagnosis and consultancy services help companies to get started with home-based employment or improve existing practices. We work together with our Business Partners to shape the processes required by the new form of employment, investigate the potential technical and asset needs, establish corporate policy. Trainings: Our training and coaching services give employees and managers practical skills so they can maximize the positive results of the new way of working. Working remotely requires new kinds of practices, tools and soft skills. Our training program provides practical knowledge on the following areas: effective communication practices and tools, time management, work-life balance, self motivation, delegation, performance appraisal, team building, motivation and recruitment.
