Big store with fair selection, even if I did not find what I was looking for. Aaaand not cheap at all... ... even tho, easy to get lost in the selection, so keep that in mind if you are just looking around here. :)

This is probably the worst electronics store I have ever shopped at. I went in for an appliance, brought it home and went to use it, only to find out it doesn’t work. I returned to the store and instead of a refund, exchange or store credit they demanded it be repaired - as I understood that this was a legitimate option, I frustratingly agreed. After 15 days I returned to the store and they still had not fixed it. They told me to return in a couple of more days. Very frustrated, I asked to talk to a manager. The employee did not do as I asked and worst yet disrespected me to my face. I am very furious! At the very least they should deliver it to me free of charge or call me when it is ready for pick up - which should be immediately. This shows that the repair staff, management and customer service representatives are grossly incompetent and do not know how to do their jobs adequately. I will never go back to this store ever again, and would strongly recommend anyone else go elsewhere for their electronic/appliance needs.
