The store is fine and big. Unfortunately, staff is not friendly nor helpful or knowledgeable. After having waited 15 minuted to be served, when I asked if a smartphone was available also in black I was told no, and if a case was available again no. After having purchased the phone nonetheless, I found out that it was indeed black and a case was comprised inside the box. **

We leave this review for MediaMarkt as ISY is the company own brand. We bought an ISY screen protector today. Approximately 10 euros for something that was appalling quality. We won't even bother to take it back, regardless of having the receipt. It was impossible to type and use the phone normally. Do you not have quality control for your products? What kind of screen protector doesn't actually let you use a screen afterwards? Absolutely useless and we feel robbed of our money. We took the screen protector off, and threw it in the bin. Don't ever think for a second of buying any ISY or mediamarkt-saturn own brand products. Absolutely garbage.

Black Friday cheating. I bought a blender. No one could tell me where and how I could get the discount. So finally I paid the full price. Even for the bags they are charging. For getting guaranty I should stand in another line for 10 more minutes. It is super disappointing service and after such shops there is no real trust for the industry. I would not recommend the shop especially that in other shops the prices are lower.
