The exchange rates, in my experience, are more or less the same throughout the city in most exchange places. Some give you a bit higher rate but you have to pay a (small) commission. So I didn't go exchange hunting after the first couple of days since the difference was so small (around 1% which does not amount to much if you are exchanging a couple of hundreds of Euros). Anyway, I used this place and found it to be a good place to exchange your currency. There might be better places out there but this was good enough for me.
Decent exchange rate with no commission, but he did try to short me a bit before I pointed it out. Could've been unintentional, but be aware of the amount you get!
