Everything went smoothly, I'm completely satisfied with my order and the customer service. I ordered a Powerbeats Pro online from istyle.hu. The shipping was very quick, I got it in two days. The product was in perfect condition with all the necessary documents and receipt included. I couldn't me more happy with it! :) I can totally recommend their company! (the photos below were taken after one month of use!)

The atmosphere was nice and they didn't lack any products from their selection however the store is understaffed and the line was incredibly long. This may change but we had to wait 30 minutes in line to buy a phone case.

I ordered a product, which I paid upfront for, and I got a confirmation of 4-5 days. This turned into almost 3 weeks, during which I never received any form of notice about the delay I was experiencing. I made several calls which were turned down, saying \they can't check on the order status and can't tell any more but they will contact the warehouse and let me know\ and, naturally, they never called again. I was upset with the ignorance I received. Eventually I got the product, but I'm really considering never buying anything major from this store again. The reason I'm giving two stars is that I never had any problem prior to this incident.

Waiting for an appointment for over 3 weeks. They said their schedule is always full. If you cannot handle to be a service of Apple, why you are taking the responsibility of being a licensed service? They suggest me to go to another stores in Corvin or Mammut, even i just live 100 meters away to them. Ridiculous!

Very rude costumer service. Few days after I bought an iPad there, I back to get help installing the screen protector and after a long waiting was refused.
