Magyar szöveg az angol alatt. I handed my phone in for an inspection before the quarantine. However I couldn't travel to Budapest (I live in the country) due to the quarantine (because of the goverment decree). When the quarantine was over, I got my phone back with a totally wrecked back. They said that it happens when they disassemble the phone, but they won't fix it because I went for the phone too late. I explained (in an e-mail) that I live in the country and I couldn't travel to Budapest due to the quarantine. I did not get an answer to that. Naturally I paid the service fee for the unusable phone. Edit: responding to the (automatic) answer to this post: I tried calling, they said to write az e-mail, which I did several times but I never got an answer after that. A karantén előtt bevizsgálásra adtam be a készülékem. Azonban a vírus miatt nem tudtam felutazni a telefonért (vidéki vagyok), és amikor a kijárási korlátozások után elmentem, a telefon hátlapja teljesen szét volt törve. Azt mondták hogy ez megesik a vizsgálatkor, azonban nem fogják megcsinálni, mert túl későn mentem érte. Hiába mondtam, hogy nem volt lehetőségem. Erre már nem kaptam választ tőlük. Természetesen a bevizsgálási díjat kifizettem azért, hogy használhatatlan lett a telefon. Ebben az állapotban kaptam vissza a készüléket. Válasz a szervíz (automatikus) válaszra: felhivtam a szervízt, azt mondták, hogy írjak e-mailt, amit megtettem több alkalommal is, de nem kaptam ezek után választ.

The customer service was well below expectation. The lady who was in today is quite grumpy. She is unfit for this job and not supposed to work with customers at all. Furthermore, a service fee of 4300 HUF is charged prior quoting the repair even for a common issue like faulty charging connection. Afterwards they come up with a quote (excluding labor fee) that is multiple times higher than the salvage value of the device, even higher than price of the new device. This is a very low trick for keeping the aforementioned service fee for doing nothing. CAUTION: UNLESS your phone is still on warranty, try to avoid this place like a plague and get your phone serviced somewhere else.

Nice looking customer service center. Fully equipped with water, coffee machine etc. You grab a line ticket as you enter the store. Problem is that there is three helpdesks. As I entered the service center there was at least 30 people in line. It severely worsened my experience which could overwise have been pretty good.
Do yourself a favor, don't even buy a Huawei product so you'll never have to deal with their horrendous customer service.
I bought screen protector for my phone here. I was satisfied with the service quality and the product price was also reasonable.
Very good job in short time. The staff is so polite, helpful and accurate. I'm totally satisfied with this team.
