HOLD is a private investment management firm founded in 1994 and currently manages over USD 2 billion in various passive and active strategies. The company is authorised and regulated in the European Union and holds both UCITS and AIFM licences. Our investor base consists primarily of HNWI and institutional clients, such as private banks, pension funds, funds of funds, family offices and sovereign wealth funds. Ever since its founding the company has been able to steadily expand its client base and assets under management have been consistently growing. The firm specializes in equity strategies focusing on Emerging Europe (ex Russia) and global macro hedge fund products. Although investment decisions are made at each portfolio manager’s discretion we place great emphasis on our in-house regional and global research. All investment views and decisions are expressed through the most liquid products, we do not invest in any illiquid asset classes such as real estate or private equity. We are independent from any financial institution and act in a private partnership structure, which allows for a full alignment of client and partner interests. Accountability and integrity are of utmost importance for us hence we manage all of our strategies in full transparency under strict compliance and risk management protocols.
