Called them to fix something with my account and the said to be “English speaking operator” did not speak english at all. She said they will call me back but nobody called. This is an unacceptably poor service for a bank.

You need to visit the local branch to open a joint account. It does not reflect like a digital bank. There should not be a reason to present yourself in person since you may open a regular account virtually. Furthermore, there is a huge frustration to find a parking space or even you are not allowed to get into the parking garage. This is an extremely poor customer support especially when you are a new applicant for a premium financial service.

Be careful with them! Especially when it comes to currency conversion! Once you have your money at their account you are trapped as they will charge you unreasonably high commission for any transaction that you may chose to remove your money. No flexibility and poor responsiveness. (priority messages get responded in 7 days)
