This shop offers the worst service I have ever experienced in Budapest. I bought two items in this shop. Before I paid for the items, I asked whether I would receive a refund if one of the items would not fulfil my expectations. One of the items didn't fit. When I went to the store to return it, I could only get a coupon to be used in the shop. I had to buy something else for the exact amount of money or a higher amount. It wasn't even possible to give me back the remaining balance after I had found another item to buy from the coupon (an item that I didn't want in the first place) The remaining balance was 8000HUF which the employee refused to pay me back. The chewing gum chewing mister Atilla behind the counter was rude, unfriendly and not even willing to listen to my complaint. Truly a horrible experience and I would never recommend anyone going to this store.

Nagyon szeretem ezt a nőies üzletet. Kimondottan kedvesek, tapasztalatom szerint nem céljuk, hogy mindenáron vásárolj, csak azt vedd meg ami Neked kényelmes, és tetszik. Ajánlom minden korosztálynak. Most nagyon nagy választékkal, és kitűnő akciókkal van tele az üzlet. Balogh Anna Szimba ingatlan

Nagyon kedvesek a kiszolgálók, pont elég széleskörű a választék, de nem annyira nagy, hogy órákat kelljen eltöltenem a boltban. Árban is több kategóriát képvisel, de összességében minden jó minőségű. A kiszolgálás miatt visszatérő vendég lettem.

Falsche Größenangaben, schlechte Verarbeitung der Bekleidung und dazu ein launischer, unverschämter Service unter aller Kanone. Qualität und engagierte Mitarbeiter sind echt was anderes. Ich frag mich ehrlich wie die in diesem Einkaufszentrum überleben bei der großen und guten Konkurrenz?

2018.03.02-án vásároltam ajándékba egy övet, mely az ajándékozáskor derült ki, hogy hibás, az nem megfelelő minőségű. Ennek okán a terméket 2018.03.03-án visszavittem és kértem a termék értékének a visszatérítését, melyet az üzletvezető megtagadott. Helyette egy 1 hónapig levásárolható papírfecnit kaptam. Felháborító, hogy egy ilyen cég, ilyen olcsó és szánalmas üzletpolitikát folytat.

Egy termeket szerettünk volna visszavinni 12 órával a vásárlás után, ami hibás volt. Az üzletvezető minősíthetetlen hangnemben tagadta meg a pénz visszateriteset. A termek konkrétan HASZNÁLT volt!!!!
