Unbelievable, but in the negative sense. Very long waiting times. A few employees are nice, but most are simply negative, rude and bad-tempered. I got screamed at, by three different people on three different occasions, despite the fact that I was really calm and polite. Why do they raise their voice when you politely ask a simple question? The one woman even screamed at my daughter, because she did not close the door, which was wide open when we entered. Avoid at all cost if you can! Horrible experience every time. I now try to do all my official \stuff\ at other offices.

Tisztelt Önkormányzat! A központi telefonszámot többször is hívtam, az automata tájékoztatása szerinti nyomógombot hiába nyomom meg , újra csak ismétli önmagát, hogy melyik gombot nyomjam meg. Így nem lehet senkit elérni telefonon !
