Don't book this hostel. It is very difficult to find with poor signs. And you will be told that it is not a hostel when you ring the door bell of the building full of rubbish.

How to tell it. The apartment was quite big and more than enough for all of us but there were two flags we could not pass. The first one being the administration of the house. We arrived to the designated address and after looking for it for almost 15 minutes we had to contact the owner three times for him to come and take us to the right place. The second problem was the shower and the heater. The heater is right inside the shower which was a pain because you had to keep a window open for the gas and to be careful of not getting water inside it, plus it turned water from boiling hot to freezing cold with a little movement. In the end if you are only going for a shower and a bed it's not bad but don't expect a 5 stars experience
Well hard to say.. we just needed one night in Budapest. The place was a small room with a tiny bathroom in different building than on the hotel address. I mean the price was really nothing but I would NOT call it 'hotel' at all and especially not 'emerald'
Rooms were not cleaned beforehand (for what seemed like a number of weeks), bedding and towels hadn't been refreshed either. Very unsanitary.
The worst place i have ever been, location is not correct. They give you small wet towels , dust every where in apartment they doesn't even clean. The night when we need to go there no electricity. Too much expensive u can find lax apartment for that money. I foully not recommend this place to nobody not even if they give you for free.
Our Booking was cancelled ten days before we were set to arrive during the Sziget festival. No previous notice given. We werent given a reason why and to add, the receptionist ignored our phone calls after we rand several times. Do not trust this hostel with your booking!
Value for money room with a wonderful housekeeper
Główną zaletą jest bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum, dzięki czemu można bardzo dużo zobaczyć w krótkim czasie. Pokój dla 3 osób był mały, a łazienka jeszcze mniejsza. Warunki średnie, cena przystępna.
