I was there at the office in spring of 2017. Needed my document super legalized for my exam application. The counselor was a great help! They told me what i needed exactly on the phone, answered all my questions and when i showed up forgetting to make an appointment she still processed my application in great time, I thank you sincerely! Without your swift judgment and efficiency I would not have made it to another office for further legalization and back to Oradea on the same day. I flew from Bucharest the previous night to Cluj and drove all night from Cluj to Budapest. They were very compassionate and knew i have made a huge journey and still have another long way to go. Thanks to them I made it back to Oradea later that evening. You guys are doing a great job! special thanks to the lady at the front window and thank you to a very friendly guard at the door!

Tisztelt Nagykövetség! Magyarországon élő román állampolgár részére lehet-e román személyi igazolványt készíteni az Önök Nagykövetségi hatáskörében? Ha lehet, milyen okmányok szükségesek? Az előző román személyi igazolványom nincs meg! A telefont csak huszadjára vette fel valaki, be se mutatkozva, románul beszélt, aztán már hiába beszélt vissza hozzá az ember, ő fogta és szó nélkül letette a kagylót!!!
Rugalmas, gyors ügyintézés. Még tíz percet sem voltam bent. Tény, hogy csak online előre egyeztetett időpont alapján fogadnak, De nincs tömeg és percek alatt végeztem. Bárcsak mindenhol ilyen gyorsan menne az ügyintézés. Útólagosan még annyit hozzáfűznék, hogy két hét alatt elkészült az útlevél, és mehettem érte. Átvételkor öt percet voltam a követségen. Gyors, korrekt kiszolgálás.
