The purposes of the PerforMAN group's hard and soft consulting member, DevelopMEN division, are to develop systematic work (www.developmen.hu): - to make organizational procedures more efficient (sparks, process-improvement projects, 'PerforMANce Mapping') - to establish and operate HR-systems (creating a map of competency, achievement evaluation system, development system, career management system, search and selection service system, programme for adoption, work up inner communication system) - to run HR projects that need auxiliary resources (enter SAP HR module, conversion of the organisational culture, etc.) - to support development projects in the special field of 'soft consulting', workshop, training, on-the-job, shadowing, psychodrama, coaching, team coaching, supervision. The division especially concentrates on the development of leadership, (empowerment, situational leadership, decision making based on “Value Based”, maximised business achievement, change management, sales, service customer service, strategic planning, etc.). Beyond all this, we are ready to serve our partners with special team-building trainings and several personalised trainings as well.
