i was little nervous about using this service because you have to pay for the return journey up front and I was worried they would not come to pick us up for the return. However, they were absolutely brilliant. We arrived later than planned at the airport and they were there waiting for us and the return driver arrived in plenty of time to pick us up. Both drivers were very helpful, friendly and when asked for the transfer code for security, they could tell us it without even having to check. Having the transfer code was a good idea and made us feel safer knowing we had the right details/driver. I was very impressed and would recommend this service to anyone travelling to Budapest.

We booked a return trip from the airport to our hotel in the city and received good service. On arrival in the airport there was a bit of a delay on out part due to some missing luggage, but even though we exceeded the 30 min. time frame there was no extra charge from the company. On the return trip the driver arrived at our hotel a little before time so there was no rush getting to the airport.

We had a group of 6 friends going from our hotel in Budapest to Visegrad and then returning to the Budapest Airport a couple days later. I didn’t want to mess with car rentals. Just follow their booking instructions and you will get a confirmation and trip number. I have to say I was a little worried about that everything would go smooth and be on time. After all we didn’t pay in advance. The driver was on time for both trips and the entire experience was great. Like they requested we paid in cash on our departure and got a voucher for the return trip. Vehicle was clean and the driver was very nice and professional.
