One star - only because 0 is not an option. Ordered a package to Hungary. According to online services, the package was here, according to the lady at the post, the package wasn't. They say attempted delivery, but there was no notice and no attempt. Interesting. Couple of days later, my package was sent back to the sender. I believe the Hungarian post cries for competitors.
The old security guy's attitude is quite \typical hungarian\ as he is rude and his ignorance is just simply unbelievable.
I queued 3 lines for only 1 letter. Ridiculous. It is absolutely unorganized!
I successfully received parcels for other Posta branch (Budapest 30 Posta) last year. Since the beginning of 2019, they moved the service to this Budapest 3 Posta and since then EVERY SINGLE PARCEL i should received are marked as wrong address and sent back to the senders. They EVEN DARE TO LIE to their own Customer Service that the receiver name and the streetname are not provided; which is absolutely not true because the address is correct and other Posta could delivered to the very same address. THIS POSTA BRANCH NEED AN IMMEDIATELY PROPER AUDIT.
Worst Cargo Company that has ever founded! They lost my cargo made me wait the line 2 times. It took longer than 1 hour to receive a simple package and they couldn't do that! No one speaks English. In a developed country you should speak English. Not recommend to anyone.
Good post office. Lot of people, but the lines are fast
akárki is az a postás, aki innen a Bécsi útra jár, innen is üzenem neki, hogy ha nem tudja rendesen végezni a munkáját, inkább mondjon fel. minek vagyok egész nap itthon, a levelemre várva, hogyha egyet bír nagy kegyesen koppintani az ajtóra, és mire kiérek a szobából, már csak az értesítőt találom? lenne kegyes őnagysága legközelebb várni egy olyan 5 másodpercet, vagy az neki túl sok?
