Can’t comment on the cinema itself but the bar was cosy and delightfully shabby. It’s a cool spot to sit outside and watch the world go by. As per usual, don’t expect service with a smile.

My favorite small art cinema. I’ve been coming here for years, often once or twice per week. Movies ranging from old classics to fresh non-mainstream ones, usually two shows per night, (check their Facebook page), ALWAYS ORIGINAL language with subs, even Hungarian movies are shown with English subs! The pub part is lovely too, have a drink before and after film or just sit around with friends from 4pm in this warm, effortlessly vintage ambiance.
Got in to the live performance, duo of improvisors playing exquisitely awesome stuff! Long time haven’t had an exposure to something like this. Lovely place fit for all, sitting and standing, nice drinks. Just keep in mind, cash only
Best retro and new films in one place. The films usually in original language. Good prices in the bar.
The vibe of this cinema is awesome, takes oyu back to the 80's or 90's, I love that they play old movies too. The decorations are awesome and you can get alcoholic drinks too
Old style Hungarian cinema with the old feeling. Higly recommended for thosw WHO want the nostslgy feeling.
