Very nice atmosphere with excellent service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Deserts are delicious. There is not much variety of choices but well selected to cover wide spectrum of desert types. There are second floor seating which is quiet and comfortable. It is a good choice in this area which is not that crowded.

This is the second time I came to Budapest and I always make my way for a piece of their Auguzt Creme cake here. Also we had other dessert as well. They are very nice especially they are not super sweet you can enjoy desserts properly.

I'm speechless! Everything was amazing. The service, the personnel and all the cakes and cookies. The best I ever tried. I first heard of this place on a British chefs show was highly recommended. After I tried some of their cakes and pastries I understood why. The cakes and pastries are unique Hungarian recipes and are a family tradition for over 140 years. I highly recommend this place it's a must have. Especially the Auguszt Kremés.

This is the second time that I am here. Decoration remind you old era of pastry culture in Budapest. It very luxurious ambience. It’s make me realise that I am in Vienna. Service was quite good but Pastry were quite heavy. The amount of sugar & butter were little heavy. I guess that's more for Hungarian people but for the tourist who been to decent pastry shop in Budapest might they will little disappointment. Auguszt management need to work on it..... all the best.

Tasty cakes, coffee is so so - room for improvement. And capsulated coffee cream?!

Nice place to sit and relax , friendly staff. Loved their Mango cream cake which has a bit of chili in the chocolate bottom. The Ischler has nothing much to do with the real Ischler (search for photos of ischler zauner). It's more like Linzer cake. Not bad but different from what was expected. Most Tea lovers won't be all to excited about the twinings tea bags.
