I've been doing it for more than 5 years. It has changed my life completly. It became a lot happier life. The Program has never promised that you don't need to face what makes/made your soul or body ill, but they do care about us, and they hold our hands when we are having hard times. The Program help us to get through it with their special personal exercises and with every other courses. You dont need to say any nasty thing just because you have never had courage YET to face your problems and try to solve it in any kind of way, and you have never had that deep desire to change what makes you unhappy. This is a solution for many of us and there are plenty of different ways for others. Trust them, worth it!
