British Council is a good institute for learning various English courses, as they follow the Cambridge-University-press-based curriculum. The stuff was kind and overal impression was good. Totally this office in Budapest has good atmosphere.

They should organize exams with less attendants, because they can barely keep up with hundreds of people at a single place, thus, for an expensive fee you get hours of waiting and confusing instructions.

Egy hete hívom önöket non-stop. Az önök 5 órás munkaidejét tekintve véleményem szerint vállalhatatlan, hogy nem veszik fel a telefont, de még egy emailre sem válaszolnak. Emberek több tízezer forintot költenek Önöknél a nyelvvizsgára, és még tájékoztatást sem lehet kérni, ha egy kérdés merül fel? Javaslom hogy a közeljövőben adjanak meg olyan telefonszámot, amin legalább egy kollégát el lehet érni, és segít az embernek, aki keresi a szolgáltatásaikat. Ha pedig nem hajlandóak telefonálni legalább az email-re válaszoljanak. Much obliged.
