The best Indian food I've had in Budapest so far. It's what I call closest to home cooked food, not the oily, restaurant food that one gets. Menu is limited, but it has the essentials and all the dishes taste wonderful. You can choose how spicy you want it, which I rrarea appreciate as other Indian good places here cook for the European palate. The decor is old school, not fancy, which may throw people off. For me personally that's not an issue at all as the food is great!

If you are looking for an honest but different food, that's the place. It's good if you want some home-made food. Some dishes are vegan, but some have milk or cheese. Always ask about being spicy or not (it's really Indian hehe). I ordered medium spicy and it was perfect. The price is fair, the ambient is very "bollywood" :) and it's close to the tram. But there's no wi-fi

Very good Indian food and a genuine experience regarding interior and feeling. The owner is nice and gives a good impression at first sight. I ordered the Palak Paneer dish and was not disappointed. When I told him to make it spicy, he did it perfectly spicy. I can recommend this place to someone who looks for the charming Indian culture combined with good food.

It's not like a expensive restaurant with high standards..but the food is very tasty and the place is decent looking, and Quiet. I highly recommend it .

OK full regards as the place is Veggie. But the fellow as coughing and sneezing as he brought the food. Very bland and non inviting. Sure there are lots of posters of SRK and others. But food is not that tasty! Sorry my first 1 star...

The food was really good and really cheap. We ordered 1 starter, 2 entrees and 2 drinks and in total it was around 3200 ft 12. The owner was a very cute elderly Indian man. It was as informal as it could be, but that maked it so much fun! We are definitely going back! maybe even tomorrow
